I’m really a big fan of what 37signals teams have accomplished. It’s deeply inspiring. There’s no magic sauce, there’s no voodoo trick. There’s just a talented team, with great ideas, and most of all an incredible sense of “getting things done”. I hope we could all take advantage of their methods.

David Heinemeier Hansson is the programmer and creator of the popular Ruby on Rails web development framework and the Instiki wiki. He is also a partner at the Web-based software development firm 37signals, based in Chicago.
